The Critical Systems team is part of the Google Cloud Platform Reliability (GCPR) organization within Platform Reliability Engineering (PRE) focusing on minimizing outages due to infrastructure failures. This team is focused on establishing a durable, version-controlled single source of truth that accurately represents production asset criticality based on external customer impact and essential CUJs.
