TV Partner Engineering and Operations Manager Bengaluru, Karnataka, India The YouTube Partner Engineering team accelerates YouTube's Product and Business strategies by working closely with our partners across Music, Connected TV, Devices, Measurement, Gaming, News and Media as well as internal Product, Engineering and Business teams. Our global team of Partner Engineers and Operations Specialists provide advanced technical solutions, exceptional digital content operations, systems integration and management, and proactive partner engagement to make it easy for our partners to engage with our platform at scale, and to empower amazing user experiences across YouTube's products and platform (YouTubeTV, YouTube Premium and Music, YouTube on TV and Auto, YouTube Primetime Channels, marquee live events, etc). The TV industry is changing and our team is focused on building the future of Television (TV) for YouTube, including products like YouTube Prime time Channels. As a Manager, you will lead a team to help media companies and YouTube operate better together through improved technical integrations and workflows. In this role, you will lead a team of TV Partner Engineers and Technical Operations responsible for enabling our YouTube Prime time Channels business globally. You lead cross-functional initiatives by setting direction, aligning resources, and coaching team members.
