As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Core's User Protection practice focuses on solutions to meet Google's evolving user safety needs. One of our most critical and sensitive missions is Egregious Harms Protections (EHP) - safeguarding children and adults from the most injurious forms of abuse. EHP builds resilient, cross-product solutions that address these harms across multiple accounts and ensure protection continuity in an AI-driven threat landscape. The team maintains comprehensive state on current and emerging threats, creates tailored and AI-sustainable protections, drives regulatory compliance in an industry-leading role, and partners with organizations and agencies to combat harms in both the online and physical worlds.
