About this role

Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead, Beam Hardware Partnerships Mountain View, CA, USA As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to senior management. You'll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business. In this role, you will be a primary driver in scaling the Google Beam hardware portfolio. You will have a focus on product and manufacturing, tasked with securing the long-term alliances necessary for next-generation Beam devices. You will lead the identification, recruitment, audit, and onboarding of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Joint Design Manufacturers (JDMs) to move Beam from a single-product offering to a portfolio of form factors. You will be expected to thrive in ambiguous environments, lead large cross-functional workstreams, and serve as a "go-to" expert for internal and external stakeholders in the video conferencing hardware and manufacturing industry.
