Staff UX Engineer, Payments UX Singapore At Google, we "Focus on the user and all else will follow." Our UX Engineers are versatile, passionate, and driven to advance the vision for our design teams. Comfortable working across discipline lines, you will develop products and prototypes that bring innovative ideas to life. Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. In a fast-paced environment, you will use your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user-facing technologies to: create prototypes that define product experiences; launch innovative features; build tools to accelerate UX teams; and bridge design and engineering to ensure efficient, high-quality execution. Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses. Help model and educate the team on AI building skills and develop workflows that integrate AI tools into the design process. Explore and discover opportunities to rethink our ways of working by mixing AI tech (e.g., building agents, automating) with more traditional methods (e.g., figma file hygiene). Partner across disciplines (UX Designer(UXD), content, motion) to evolve a holistic system.
