In this role, you will play a crucial role in Design for Testing (DFT) Architecture and DFT design, and support devices of extreme complexity to production. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership in DFT, developing flows, automation, and methodology, planning DFT activities, tracking the DFT quality matrix throughout the project life-cycle, and providing sign-off DFT to tapeout. The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (Search, YouTube, etc.) and Google Cloud. Our end users are Googlers, Cloud customers and the billions of people who use Google services around the world.
