About this role

Regional Product Lead, Diversification and YouTube Ads, PSA Dublin, Ireland Our team sits within GCS Product and Sales Activation (PSA), and is responsible for creating and scaling YouTube's marquee ad solutions for EMEA SMBs. We are the product and business experts supporting thousands of GCS Googlers, leaders and advertisers across EMEA. We are also responsible for leading GTM initiatives with the to goal deliver Design Verification (DV) depth (YouTube) business to GCS EMEA. In this role, you will drive the commercialization strategy for Google's ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements for our group of advertisers. Our focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with impactful resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.
