About this role

Manager, Internal Communications Bengaluru, Karnataka, India As a member of the Executive and Internal Communications team, you will be part of a team which produces employee communications and events for Google executives. You will work with members of your internal client team on communications initiatives, projects and programs. You will support the work of the team to create strategic communications campaigns, come up with innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with Google's culture, write communications, business update presentations and talking points. You will also collaborate with internal partners as needed across functions (PR, Policy, Legal, HR, Operations, etc.) and geographies. As the Manager for the Internal Communications team, you will be responsible for devising creative and interesting ways to articulate the benefits of Google's products. You will synthesize clear, concise narratives from a multitude of disparate sources. You will be responsible for interacting with executives and senior leaders with knowledge about Google's core business, cultural context within the country, and the broader tech industry. Develop and execute strategic internal communication plans and executive communications to engage and inform employees. Interface with the internal communications team and align on consistent messaging to engage and inform employees. Write concise and compelling executive communications for a variety of formats and audiences, including business presentations, talking points, change comms, social posts, and speeches.
