You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. In this role, you will serve as a high-level architect for our electrical power systems roadmap and product life-cycle. You will lead the exploration, development, and global growth of power systems and energy products, shepherding them from concept to launch. This role demands a unique blend of technical program management, visionary leadership, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization to ensure Google's data centers remain the most efficient and sustainable in the world. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
