About this role

Game Quality Product and Operations Manager Bengaluru, Karnataka, India In this role, you will support the development and execution of the Play Store Product roadmap; specifically regarding game quality across search, discovery, and emerging surfaces. You will define, operationalize, and scale guidelines and frameworks for game classification, qualitative evaluation, and deployment to help partner teams connect users to highly relevant, high quality games. You will ensure all details for a new feature to go live are flawlessly executed, from initial design to final operations processes. This includes driving communications, testing/piloting, launch activities, training, addressing bugs and ongoing operational support. You will also track progress on new feature development, clearly communicating milestones, feature details, and launches with cross-functional stakeholders and build relationships with games stakeholders, establishing open channels of communication for feedback, product suggestions and escalations. You will implement and manage product development and operationalization frameworks to work with new Large Language Model (LLM) technologies and will support prompt and context engineering efforts and human computation operations (HITL) to scale game quality evaluations.
