Customer Engineer, Security, Google Cloud (Japanese) Tokyo, Japan When leading companies choose Google Cloud, it's a huge win for spreading the power of cloud computing globally. Once educational institutions, government agencies, and other businesses sign on to use Google Cloud products, you come in to facilitate making their work more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You listen and deliver what is most helpful for the customer. You assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products. As a Security Customer Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor to Japan's top accounts, delivering on Google Cloud's dual promise: AI for security and security for AI. You will demonstrate how Google's AI proactively defends against complex threats while ensuring customers AI workloads and business applications remain protected. You will partner with technical Sales teams as a subject matter expert to differentiate Google Cloud security solutions. You will be engaging with customers to understand their unique requirements, developing creative architectures, and persuasively presenting solutions that solve complex security issues. Beyond advisory, you will take an approach by leading proofs-of-concepts and troubleshooting technical roadblocks to ensure successful implementation. You will also collaborate with internal engineering to improve products and identify innovative ways to multiply your impact and the team's success. You will be instrumental in showing how Google Cloud can secure the digital transformation journey for leading enterprises
