About this role

As an Associate Regulatory Counsel in Privacy, you will join a Global team that provides subject matter expertise and engages with regulators and others to consider the role of privacy law in the changing economy, development of new technology, and passage of new laws and regulations. You will be involved in interpreting laws, partnering with internal stakeholders across the company to mitigate risk, and help communicate our compliance externally. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Interpret laws and other compliance obligations and advise Compliance, Business, Product, and Engineering teams on requirements. Provide legal advice on compliance programs and policies to help mitigate risk. Manage government and regulator discussions, negotiations, and disclosures on compliance readiness efforts. Minimum qualifications: JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
