Why This Role Matters In this role, you will help shape the future of materials and product innovation by supporting the Reinforcement & Dynamic Testing Team within the Applied Physical Metrology (APML) department. Your work will ensure that testing processes are reliable, safe, and aligned with high-quality standards, enabling teams across the organization to make informed decisions. By fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and supporting continuous improvement, you will contribute to a positive and high-performing environment where people and ideas can thrive. What You'll Do Support and conduct physical testing activities on reinforcement and compounds materials Coordinate and support daily testing activities, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with team and partner needs Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to team members, encouraging knowledge sharing and development Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver accurate and timely test data Contribute to maintaining safe, compliant, and high-quality laboratory operations, including equipment care and calibration Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency Participate in training, documentation, and global standardization efforts across teams What We're Looking For Experience in
