Sales & Business Advisor (Campinas) BR Central Office O que vai fazer Atuar como consultor estratégico para clientes frotistas, gerenciando o ciclo completo do pneu para atingir metas de vendas, lucratividade, presença de marca e participação de mercado. Realizar prospecção, vendas e pós-vendas na região de atuação, otimizando recursos e garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos comerciais. Identificar tendências de mercado e oportunidades, desenvolvendo e executando planos estratégicos para fortalecer o negócio e ampliar a presença nas contas. Liderar e implementar iniciativas de suporte técnico, incluindo treinamentos, novas soluções e ferramentas de gestão, garantindo excelência no atendimento e fidelização dos clientes. Apoiar o lançamento de produtos e garantir alinhamento com políticas comerciais e de garantia. O que procuramos Experiência mínima de 2-3 anos na área de vendas. Graduação em: Administração, Economia, Marketing, Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica), Ciências Contábeis. Pós-graduação e inglês intermediário desejável. O que o diferenciará Experiência na área de pneus. Boa comunicação e dinamismo Conhecimentos em informática e conhecimento técnico Domínio dos processos e rotinas de vendas Técnicas de negociação e cursos na área de treinamento em vendas (nível básico e intermediário) Cálculos financeiros.
