Why This Role Matters As a Project Engineer Electrical at our Lux Tire Plant in Luxembourg, you will have the opportunity to work in a young, dynamic team focused on cutting-edge engineering solutions for the tire industry. You will be responsible for leading and executing electrical engineering projects that contribute to the innovation and optimization of our manufacturing processes. Your work will support Goodyear's commitment to sustainability, quality, and reliability, ensuring that our equipment and infrastructure meet the highest standards. What You'll Do Lead and implement engineering projects related to equipment and infrastructure at the Lux Tire Plant. Develop technical specifications that align with both customer needs and Goodyear's internal and legal requirements. Design electrical systems and equipment for industrial/manufacturing applications. Support production and maintenance teams to improve the reliability of existing machinery and resolve major breakdowns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet performance, safety, and cost expectations. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions. What You'll Bring Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2-3 years of experience
