Why This Role Matters As a Legal & Compliance Support Specialist, you help keep Goodyear's EMEA legal operations running smoothly. By managing contracts, supporting corporate governance, ensuring compliance, and assisting with documentation, you enable efficient processes, strong regulatory adherence, and reliable support for business teams across the region. What You'll Do Manage contract workflows in the CMS, including reviews, approvals, signatures, and archiving. Support corporate governance activities, including board/Shareholder meetings and maintaining statutory records. Coordinate notarial services, registry filings, and powers of attorney. Assist with compliance screenings, due diligence, audits, and policy updates. Maintain legal and compliance databases, guidelines, and documentation. Support litigation and administrative tasks, including document organization and reporting. Provide operational support to the legal team, including calendars, translations, budget tracking, invoices, vendor coordination, and contribution to EMEA legal projects. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, or a related field. Experience in legal support, contract administration, compliance, or corporate governance (internships welcome). Strong organizational and document-management skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work with legal systems, contract tools, and MS Office. Strong
