By ensuring that facilities and infrastructure operate reliably, you directly support business continuity and team well-being. Your expertise helps balance operational excellence with sustainability, compliance, and smart resource use. What You'll Do Oversee maintenance and performance of buildings and facilities at the Luxembourg Tire Plant (excluding power generation and distribution). Coordinate and manage powered transportation equipment, lifting tools and cranes ensuring compliance with legal inspections and timely corrective actions. Lead contracts and supplier relationships related to facility and transportation equipment Ensure proper design, installation, modification, and maintainability of plant infrastructure and equipment. Manage engineering expenses and capital budgets, tracking and optimizing costs across BCUs. Supervise lifting tools and equipment in line with internal standards and EU/Luxembourg regulations. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, consulting experts when needed. Support and optimize key systems such as HVAC,
