About this role

Data Solution Architecture Senior Analyst CR GBS Heredia Office The Data Solution Architecture Senior Analyst is responsible for building and deploying scalable data products, pipelines, and reporting solutions. Support DevOps/MLOps workflows and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including EKS. Maintain analytics tools, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business teams to deliver effective data solutions. Drive best practices, standards, and successful testing across analytics initiatives. What You'll Do: Deploy, design, and build data products, logical data layers, data streams, algorithms, and reporting systems Link data product design with DevOps and infrastructure Perform administration/maintenance of analytics tools, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot complex technical issues Be a technical partner to data engineers and data scientists regarding analytics product implementation Provide guidance to team members, IT, and business users on data solutions available and related guidelines/standards Work across data analytics projects to provide support in data analytics methodology, processes, and standards. Facilitate user acceptance testing in collaboration with business owners What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience building data pipelines using Python, SQL, and/or dbt Understanding of data architecture concepts and processes Experience configuring and deploying cloud infrastructure Exposure to DevOps & MLOps processes and infrastructure for analytics applications Exposure to AI / ML application design and development What Will Set You Apart: Proven success in interfacing with the business community and identifying business requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal/communication skills - Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and be comfortable/credible interacting
