The Servicing Investor Relations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of the Investor Relations (IR) function within Servicing. This role leads the team responsible for investor reporting, request management, servicing transfers, and ongoing investor communication, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with investor requirements. This position serves as the primary driver of execution across IR workflows, owning task tracking, SLA adherence, reporting timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
