Management Trainee- Maintenance Tianjin Job Description Summary Job Description Role Summary/Purpose: 职位名称：维修部门管培生（风能叶片生产设备） 部门：工厂维修部门 工作地点：天津市宝坻区 汇报对象：设备经理 职位概述 协助负责风能叶片生产线设备的安装调试、预防性维护、故障维修及优化改进工作，确保部门管辖的设备高效稳定运行；参与TPM（全员生产维护）体系推进及备件国产化项目，支持生产节能降本目标达成。 核心职责 1. 设备管理与维护 o 参与完成进口不饱和树脂叶片生产设备、环氧导注机、合模胶机、CPE等环氧设备的日常点检、保养及维修，参与制定标准化操作流程（SOP）。 o 参与编制设备维护计划，跟踪维护记录，分析设备故障率（MTBF/MTTR），提出改进方案。 o 参与响应产线突发故障，快速诊断并修复设备问题（机械/电气/液压/气动系统），减少停机时间。 2. TPM与持续改进 o 参与TPM体系落地，推动自主维护、专业维护结合，提升设备综合效率（OEE）。
