Essential Duties and Responsibilities To work with global Product team, local Production team, Quality team and other teams (e.g. Sales & Application) to launch new products in Changzhou until PPAP completed. Focus on production process improvement during new product validation, aim to increase product quality, reduce scrap and shorten cycle time to target values. SAP data input, BOM & Routing creation (Validation phase & after normal production) Routing Card creation & PFMEA creation. PPAP documents preparation. To lead material related VAVE projects to reduce cost. To offer technical support to Sales team & Application team Other tasks assigned by department manager or supervisor Keys to Success Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience Supervisory Responsibilities None Requirements and Preferred Skills Minimum 5 years' working experience in manufacturing industry with Product/Process/IE/Lea
