Working full-time from Gates Aftersales Technical Expertise Center office in Ghent, you will take responsibility for handling Automotive Replacement claims related to the quality and / or technical issues with supplied by Gates parts and providing aftersales service to the Gates customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handle and document incoming claims by collecting and recording all relevant technical data (e.g. new/installed parts, root cause, supplier verification). Perform claim handling in line with Warranty and Non-Warranty procedures, including electronic verification, standardized analysis, and preparation of detailed Claim Analysis Reports.
