Part-time Material Handler (2nd Shift) Olathe, Kansas Overview We are seeking a Part-time Material Handler (2nd Shift) at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, inputting data, processing shipping, consumer and retail returns, tracking orders and other inventory movement, reboxing units for return to stock, and reworking/repairing product with accuracy while maintaining a safe and clean warehouse work environment. Essential Functions Ability to flex within warehouse functions including Raw Materials, Reverse Logistics and Finished Goods May be responsible for accuracy of inventory, transactions, and material movement May pull/audit material as required for KANBAN, shop order, move order or sales order requirements May issue/transact material requested through material withdrawal forms May receive, transact, and sort inbound material May do replenishment of material into primary picking locations May ensure First in/First Out (FIFO) and Last in/First Out (LIFO) policies are adhered to as defined in departmental procedures May follow Electronic Static Discharge (ESD) guidelines for static sensitive materials if applicable May pack materials to ensure adequate delivery to internal/external customers May be responsible to perform cycle counts as required May need the ability to operate RF device to transact and move material Must meet quality/productivity metrics Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment Must meet all safety standards/policies Ability to accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties and to be held accountable for their successful completion Ability to work variable and flexible hours including overtime Compliance with
