About this role
Senior Product Designer San Francisco, California, United States About the role You'll own the end-to-end design of features that millions of people use to create, teach, and persuade. From early 0-to-1 explorations to polished refinements at scale, you'll collaborate daily with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, prototype, test, and ship across Gamma's core product surfaces. This role demands someone who can move fast and light: creating quick prototypes, running lean experiments, and iterating based on data to hit measurable outcomes. You'll balance speed with craft, knowing when to polish pixels and when to ship and learn. If you've designed for modern productivity tools and understand how people actually work, you'll thrive here. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4-5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most. What you'll do - Own problem areas from concept to launch, producing flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs with an eye for usability and craft - Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, design, prototype, test, and ship features across core product surfaces - Define success criteria and ship features that move activation, retention, or conversion - Create quick prototypes and run lean experiments, iterating based on data to drive measurable outcomes - Partner tightly with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and maintainable - Conduct user research, usability testing, and design critiques to validate and refine solutions What
