Director Planning, Strategic Alliance and Fleet Management- Mergers & Acquisitions Remote, UNAVAILABLE, US Position Overview The Director Planning, Strategic Alliance and Fleet Management leads major business projects impacting Americas subsidiaries as well as Tokyo Headquarters. This position plays a pivotal role in FUJIFILM Holdings merger and acquisition activities impacting the Americas region including due diligence work as well as post-merger integration. Additionally, this position provides support for any large project impacting multiple departments or subsidiaries such as company reorganizations, business segment movement amongst subsidiaries or other cross-company projects. Additionally, Fleet Management team is responsible for managing the North American fleet operations consisting of 1,500 fleet vehicles.
