Director Strategic Planning (AERO Corporate) Phoenix, AZ, United States Director Strategic Planning (AERO Corporate) Phoenix, AZ, United States Job Description You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, leading and conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your strong analytical background, experience in business and market intelligence, and ability to synthesize a wide range of analyses intro strategic insight will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell. You will be part of the broader Corporate Strategy team and work out of our Phoenix, AZ, location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role you will have a high degree of impact and gain broad experience in strategic analysis, short and long-term strategic planning, strategy execution, strategic portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, performance monitoring, and communication. You will be a team player in a fast-paced and growing team playing a key role at a pivotal moment of the company. Responsibilities Develop and implement the Strategic Planning (STRAP) process: Lead the development and execution of the annual STRAP process, working closely with senior leadership and business units to define strategic objectives, goals, and initiatives Facilitate the alignment of business unit strategies with the overall corporate strategy Monitor and track progress against strategic goals and initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership Conduct competitive intelligence analysis: Gather and analyze market and competitor data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats Provide insights and recommendations based on
