Formlabs manufacturing operations are the key to placing powerful digital fabrication tools into the hands of designers and engineers around the world. Manufacturing thousands of printers is already an enormous task - and the complexity will grow as we build tens and even hundreds of thousands of electronic products each year. Job Summary The Operations Program Manager (OPM) will play a critical role in scaling the production of Formlabs' 3D printers and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations in the Shenzhen Bay area. You will be a key leader in new product introduction (NPI), managing the entire lifecycle from concept to mass production. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, both internally and with our manufacturing partners.
