Formlabs manufacturing operations are the key to placing powerful digital fabrication tools into the hands of designers and engineers around the world. Manufacturing thousands of printers is already an enormous task - and the complexity will grow as we build tens and even hundreds of thousands of electronic products each year. Job Summary The Operations Program Manager (OPM) will play a critical role in scaling the production of Formlabs' 3D printers and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations in the Shenzhen Bay area. You will be a key leader in new product introduction (NPI), managing the entire lifecycle from concept to mass production. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, both internally and with our manufacturing partners. Key Responsibilities - Lead NPI programs for new 3D printers and accessories, ensuring successful product launches that meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. - Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing plans, including capacity planning, production scheduling, and materials management. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles are implemented and to resolve any production challenges. - Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and other key suppliers in the region, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. - Identify and
