Prototype Design and Testing:** Responsible for prototyping new mechanical structures, testing material properties, and investigating various challenges in 3D printing technology. 2. System Analysis and Iteration:** Analyze, test, validate, and iterate electromechanical systems to ensure a smooth transition of designs from the prototyping phase to mass production. 3. Manufacturing Process Knowledge:** Possess knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining fixtures/jigs, fixture design, injection molding, and die casting. Capable of designing parts that optimize cost while enhancing performance. 4. Critical Thinking: Exhibit a high degree of critical thinking ability to find problem-solving methods, logically analyze issues, interpret results, and draw correct conclusions or define actionable items. 5. Proactive Initiative: Demonstrate a strong action-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and a willingness to take initiative. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends beyond work duties, such as through reading materials or personal project practice. You: 1. Experience in team management. 2.
