Will you be a part of the team? About the Role Flex is scaling rapidly, and the way we run finance has to scale with us. We're hiring a Director of Corporate FP&A to own the company-wide FP&A function and serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of Finance and the broader leadership team. This is a high-leverage role with executive visibility: you'll own the corporate financial model and forecast, lead annual planning, own monthly FP&A processes, and partner on board materials. Success in this role means bringing a clear point of view on what great FP&A looks like at a high-growth, large scale company - and then building it here. You'll set the standard for forecasting rigor, planning discipline, and business partnership, while also being the person who rolls up their sleeves
