As a Geotechnical Engineer in our Construction Engineering Group, you will develop, analyze, and implement geotechnical design of temporary works for projects across the US & Canada. You will identify geotechnical considerations, formulate recommendations, and develop safe and economical designs that are compatible with contract documents, specifications and regulatory requirements. The Construction Engineering Group focuses on the “how” when it comes to constructing the work. Apply now and transform your career with us What you will be doing Provide constructability and technical design input on temporary works construction designs to ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of a project lifecycle from procurement, design, construction and delivery. Designs and drafts construction means and methods for temporary works (pile-supported trestles and other structures, shoring, slope stability, settlement, bearing capacity, falsework, formwork, groundwater management, materials, etc.), ensuring completeness and accuracy with regulatory standards and within the contract specifications.
