We're looking for a Payroll Associate to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care? What You'll Do In this role, you will execute payroll operations and play a key part in ensuring accurate and compliant processing of equity compensation across the company. You'll partner closely with the Compensation, Accounting, HR Operations, and Global Mobility teams to manage the intersection of equity and payroll, while also supporting broader Payroll and Financial Benefits functions. As part of this role, you will: - Support the preparation and processing of US and international payroll for 3,000+ employees, including Workday data maintenance, auditing, coordination with vendors, and time tracking oversight - Administer state and local tax accounts (OSV) and assist with various tax and compliance filings (ACA, 401k Audit) and retirement programs - Administer the equity administration software (EquatePlus), performing data maintenance, audits, reconciliation with Workday and the General Ledger, and managing mobility and tax impacts for employees who relocate between states or countries - Own end-to-end equity payroll processing, partnering with Compensation and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing, reporting, and funding of equity transactions - Manage employee education and communications related to our equity program
