Join Our Flash Team as a Quality Automation Engineer in the Dominican Republic! Flash is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Automation Engineer (QAE) to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our software quality, focusing on the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated tests. As a QAE, you will work closely with our development and product teams to identify testing requirements and drive a culture of quality throughout the engineering organization. Unlike a traditional manual tester, you will spend the majority of your time writing code to automate test suites, ensuring our software is reliable, scalable, and ready for rapid delivery.
