About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for a Director, Center of Excellence (CoE) - Accounting to architect, lead, and scale our global accounting transactional processes from Bengaluru. You will own the design, standardization, and execution of all core accounting operations globally-driving a step-change in efficiency, control, and scalability. You will operate at the intersection of operations, transformation, and leadership, with a clear expectation to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale. This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office and reports to the Chief Accounting Officer based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What You'll Do Global Accounting Operations at Scale Lead the global CoE spanning teams managing the O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R, and Tax processes locally along with the functional leaders for these processes based in the US.
