About The Role We're looking for a Commercial Business Development Representative to join our team! In this role you will work closely with your Account Executives, Marketing and Partner teams to ensure Japan builds strong opportunities in key target accounts. Your responsibilities will include outbound calling, video prospecting, crafting compelling messaging as well as qualifying leads to start high quality conversations for your AEs. The New Business BDR at Fivetran is a key strategic position housed within the Marketing organization but operates in close collaboration with the GTM Sales Org. The role focuses on strategically identifying key decision makers, mapping large enterprise or commercial accounts and generating meetings across all levels within Fortune 100 companies. With a focus on breaking into new business accounts, the BDR team contributes to hitting new logo acquisition targets, generating crucial pipeline momentum for Fivetran's success. This base + uncapped commission New Business BDR position offers a clear growth path and competitive total compensation. This is a full-time position based remotely out of Japan.
