Team The Devops Engineer would be an active member within the Voice Application Services team, responsible for providing automation and test support for the SW releases of Five9. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible and Terraform - Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitLab CI/CD, or similar - Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows across distributed systems - Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and high system reliability - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve availability and scalability - Develop and maintain reusable automation modules and frameworks - Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and drive improvements in automation and operational workflows - Work with REST APIs and integrate services across systems and platforms - Leverage AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality - Support and manage voice infrastructure components, including protocols such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and RTP (Real-time Transport
