Sales Development Representative (SDR) Program Program Description: As a Sales Development Representative at VIAVI, you will play a critical role in helping VIAVI grow its business by qualifying inbound leads and uncovering new sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting. This role is designed as a learning and development experience, preparing you for future positions on our Field or Channel Sales organization. As a contributor to the VIAVI's High-Speed Ethernet (HSE) and Network Performance and Threat Solutions (NPTS) business, you will gain exposure to our products, customers, channel partners, markets, sales processes, and why our customers rely on VIAVI to keep their businesses running.
