To get there, we are helping software companies become "self-driving". Legacy software engineering operations software is built for humans to manually explore data and patch together brittle alerts. The last generation of tools like Datadog is designed to enable humans to understand how software behaves. Firetiger flips the script. We approach operations from first principles: customers define top-down what success looks like for a business and product, then deploy agents to constantly monitor to ensure those goals are met and close the loop. We are founded by Rustam and Achille , former leaders from Cloudflare and Segment, and backed by Sequoia Capital and founders and executives at Cloudflare, Segment, Amazon, Anthropic, Cursor, and Plaid. We are looking for a Product Engineer to build the interfaces between humans and AI agents: the workflows, visualizations, and interaction patterns that make autonomous technical operations intuitive and actionable.
