The last generation of tools like Datadog is designed to enable humans to understand how software behaves. Firetiger flips the script. We approach operations from first principles: customers define top-down what success looks like for a business and product, then deploy agents to constantly monitor to ensure those goals are met and close the loop. We are founded by Rustam and Achille , former leaders from Cloudflare and Segment, and backed by Sequoia Capital. We are looking for a Company Operator (sometimes known as a Chief of Staff, but we have grander ambitions for this role!) to work directly with our CEO, Rustam Lalkaka. We're moving from single-celled organism to something with legs! And we need someone exceptional to help us run faster. The Role You are the prototype for the "1-person, $1 billion" operator. You will help define the high-level goals for the company (financial health, talent density, customer delight) and build and operate the systems that execute against them.
