About this role

Finance Manager New York City THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is looking for a Finance Manager to support Prediction Markets and serve as the primary finance business partner for other Sports products. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and business partnership skills. This individual will play a critical role in managing the Sports cost base, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision making across high impact, revenue generating functions. The position will report to the Finance Director. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play - Act as Finance Manager working on financial reporting, budgeting and analysis for Prediction Markets, Racing, and Daily Fantasy - Integrate business partnering through the entire workflow of the business, supporting all internal and external stakeholders as required - Support these products across all areas of the P&L (Revenue, Marketing Investment, Cost of Sales, OPEX) - Lead annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning for products they support - Deliver clear visibility into P&L drivers, including performance, investment spend, and operating leverage - Evaluate investment decisions and promotional strategies to ensure disciplined spending and strong ROI - Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends, and provide critical business insights to the BU leadership team -
