About this role We're looking for an experienced Trust & Safety (T&S) Strategy Lead to help protect the integrity of our marketplace and the community of brands and retailers that depend on it. In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution for keeping Faire's platform safe and trustworthy, ensuring effectiveness of T&S detection systems and enforcement frameworks. As the team's first strategy hire, you'll play a foundational role: building and scaling enforcement programs and policies from the ground up, and helping set the strategic direction for how T&S operates as Faire grows.
