Partner Manager Responsibilities We are building a small and fast-moving partnerships team that shapes and executes all aspects of collaboration with the largest partners (SIs, Clouds, AI Strategics). Your mission is to build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships to help advance Factory's growth across key industries and use cases. You'll own the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from evaluation through execution and expansion, working cross-functionally to align roadmaps and deliver outcomes. This role is ideal for a sharp generalist who thrives in ambiguity, can context-switch rapidly, and has experience working closely with enterprise and product leaders on strategic deals. You're able to drive work at high velocity and can motivate external and internal partners, including product, engineering, and operations.
