Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Engineer in Tokyo, Japan to engage with strategic customers and partners in Japan in solution presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts to support the regional revenue growth.As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with the sales team to support customers throughout the sales cycle. You will play a critical role in helping customers and partners understand the value of our solutions and in driving business growth across Japan. This role also requires the Systems Engineer to manage and maintain the Customer Demo Lab environment. This role involves maintaining a wide range of Extreme Networks equipment used for testing, validation, and integration activities. You will be responsible for maintaining lab infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness, supporting test scenarios, and collaborating with engineering and product teams with test setups, and contributing to automation and innovation efforts within the lab.
