Job Description: 🧪 Lab Responsibilities Conduct cell culture studies (shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor) Perform affinity chromatography & viral inactivation Execute cGLP cell banking for research use Ensure SOP compliance and report anomalies 📊 Data & Reporting Analyze large datasets using statistical methods Draft technical reports to support commercial filings Present findings in cross-functional meetings 🤝 Team Collaboration Coordinate lab activities with scientific teams Provide technical support to Manufacturing for troubleshooting & improvements Participate in training activities Qualifications: 🎓 Education & Experience BS/BA in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related discipline Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or affinity chromatography Solid understanding of antibody manufacturing processes Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 🛂 Work Authorization
