Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify and qualify leads, understanding each prospect's unique business needs - Develop and execute compelling outbound marketing campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels - Craft precise, tailored messaging for each identified account, addressing their specific challenges and pain points - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continuously refine our ideal customer profile based on ongoing research and feedback - Apply a strong grasp of business processes and buyer journeys to inform your outreach and engagement strategies - Partner closely with cross-functional teams to share market insights and optimize lead generation efforts - Exhibit high energy, self-motivation, effective time management, and resilience in overcoming sales challenges - Maintain a keen interest in industry trends, especially in cybersecurity and AI, to engage prospects with relevance and credibility - Represent Escape at industry events (e.g., BSides, RSA, DEF CON), contributing actively to lead generation and professional brand presence Qualifications - Proven experience in sales development, business development, or a related field - Experience
