We're hiring a Concrete Regional Sales Representative , and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Salary range: $ 35,000-$500,000 . Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Primary Responsibilities - Develop and manage strong relationships with concrete contractors, superintendents, and project managers to identify upcoming project needs and provide bundled solutions. - Partner daily with regional EquipmentShare Core reps to identify warm leads, share job site intelligence, and convert equipment rental customers into material customers. - Actively pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, jobsite visits, industry events, and relationship building. - Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes for concrete accessories, consumables, and brace rentals with clear pricing and margin targets. - Maintain a structured project pipeline, including active bids, awarded jobs, and upcoming opportunities, using ES tools for accurate forecasting. - Coordinate logistics and deliveries with branch operations
