MSC Core Engineer III (Req #1309) Remote, US Overview *Shift: Monday-Friday: 6AM EST - 3PM EST We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will provide expert-level network and systems support for our clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep service provider experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: - Deliver high-quality network and systems support within a Managed Services Center. - Provide full lifecycle systems support for clients, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of complex issues. - Own issues end-to-end until successful resolution is achieved. - Maintain advanced, up-to-date technical expertise in networking technologies. - Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. - Accurately document all incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ownership in all tasks. - Collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision. - Participate in on-call rotation. - Lead and manage assigned technical projects. - Multi-task effectively while prioritizing workload in a dynamic setting. - Maintain a customer-focused, results-driven attitude at all times. - Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve both common and highly complex network/systems problems, independently or as part of a team. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Active Cisco CCNP Service Provider certification required - 5+ years of experience in a service
