Marketing Specialist (Req #1225) Herndon, Virginia Overview *Candidates must be located in or near the Herndon, Virginia area with a willingness to work hybrid on-site* As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage all the marketing administrative tasks necessary to support all marketing activities. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: - Work with regional leadership and sales teams to align marketing programs with business objectives and budgets - Assist in executing marketing programs and create budgets to support business growth and customer engagement - Participate in and support regional events, including preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up - Travel as needed to assist with regional activities, events, and team collaboration - Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns through email, digital, social media, and events - Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines - Assist with event logistics, including vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support - Create and edit marketing content such as emails, social posts, presentations, and collateral - Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and contact lists - Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to support campaign execution - Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on key metrics - Support lead generation activities and follow-up processes in CRM systems. - Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing assets Qualifications - Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field - Ambition, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas - A “do what it takes” mentality - A positive and
