Supv, Construction City Grenada Work Place Flexibility: Legal Entity: **This position can be located in Grenada or Senatobia, MS.** Job Summary/Purpose Responsible for the operations of the Construction workgroup consisting of company and contractor resources. The incumbent must be able to Assign, manage and monitor work of company employees and contract crews. Visit job sites in all types of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, storm, etc.); different types of terrain (remote, city, swamps, marsh, water, etc.) Ensure work is performed in a safe manner while meeting construction specifications. Interfaces with a number of operational, customer service Engineering, Vegetation, Customer Service, Operations, Distribution Operation Center and other departments within the company while dealing with the financials on each job assignment. Job Duties/Responsibilities Must manage Large constructions projects, service requests, outage restoration, reliability improvement, responding to Customer Issue Resolution complaints, resolving executive and utility commission complaints and Construction Operations spending to meet Budget obligations. Accountable to motivate a diverse and geographically dispersed Entergy and Contractor work force dealing with a wide variety of safety and training issues.
