Senior Production Superintendent State Arkansas | City Redfield Work Place Flexibility: Legal Entity: JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Directs, plans and coordinates plant operation, maintenance, planning/scheduling, stores and staffing to meet site production needs. Manages day-to-day plant operations and maintenance planning and execution, champions employee and contractor safety programs, drives continuous improvement in plant operations and maintenance and actively participates in budget development and the effective management of allocated financial resources. Effectively manages operational issues to support system needs, evaluates performance of and develops direct reports and their subordinates, maintains high standards of diversity and inclusion, ethics and integrity, supports Entergy's Continuous Improvement program by serving as a champion of change and manages staff through effective hiring practices. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direct leadership and oversight of the operations and maintenance resources of the facility. Provides direction to operational and maintenance supervision, schedules shift resources and manages staffing issues. Provides leadership for and development of direct reports. Embraces human performance improvement initiative Assures that plant operations and maintenance personnel comply with safe work practices and processes, comply with plant procedures and efficiently and effectively operate and maintain the plant equipment.
