Utilize diversity of talent and knowledge to maneuver the portfolio to exceed internal and regulatory requirements while maintaining a competitive edge with operational efficiency. The candidate will lead a team of direct, matrixed, and contract resources in the safe execution of the program with high quality. Influential leader with the knowledge and skills to manage execution of a multibillion-dollar program with schedule and cost accuracy to achieve annual spend/closing targets. Well-versed in managing relations while upholding accountability for performance. Drive cost efficiency and track cost/schedule performance efficiency. Job Duties/Responsibilities Build and manage partnerships with internal/external resources to manage and deliver program results. Provide strategic leadership and guidance. Oversee the capital portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives. Lead and mentor a team of project managers responsible for the execution of capital projects within the portfolio. Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and risk to deliver superior results.
